We met Paul in 2007 when we stopped in our area to see a property during an open house. We realized we had known Paul in his teenager days through his folks Barbara and Frank. Barbara had tutored our son during a difficult learning time in his life. We didn't make an offer on that property but a few weeks later Paul showed us pictures of a house we decided to see. We are very impressed how thorough Paul Charles is as he covers all aspects of the home purchase and sales. Clear and concise education of the important stuff, as well as personable and fun interaction in the process. We still own that property and we see that it was a good investment put together with Paul's help. In 2015 we called Paul again to see if he could help find a property in downtown Toronto for our daughter. Within 24 hours Paul had five vacant places for us to see with in walking distance of her desired area. The last property was selected on the first viewing, an offer made, and the whole deal came together within 30 days, which was the goal. Where do I start with our realtor Paul Charles, the truth is that Paul has not only become our realtor but a true family friend. Marissa and I began our hunt for a house at a young age and after being totally blown off by other realtors, as our budget was not to their likings, we were put in contact with Paul. We are so happy that the numerous failed attempts with previous agents happened and we were able to meet a great person, honest, trustworthy and most importantly, someone we have really grown fond of.
